We have had the privilege of working with Santos Isabel and his farm, San Isidro since 2017. The farm is a lush plot of land chiseled from the hillside of Nueva Segovia, Dipilito. Santos produces an amazing coffee here. Wonderful notes of milk chocolate and brown sugar come through in this straightforward but complex cup.
