Our Coffee:
This will be our fourth season partnering with Francisco Javier Valle. The first time we ever walked onto a coffee farm, it was with Francisco Javier and he has been a guiding light on our coffee journey.
In addition to his farms, Francisco Javier also runs a dry mill in the town of Ocotal in Northern Nicaragua, that produces all of the Nicaraguan coffees that we roast at the cafe.
